About me

I am a qualified coach and an associate member of the Association for Coaching.  I trained as a coach with Relational Dynamics and in Solution Focused Practice with BRIEF. I'm inspired by coaching’s capacity to enable clarity of thought and positive future plans.  When coaching and facilitating, I create a safe space for people to explore how they can fulfil their personal, professional and creative potential. I coach individuals as well as coaching for charities including the Young Women's Trust, and cultural organisations including the National Theatre, Sound and Music, Brighton & Hove Libraries, ZoieLogic Dance Theatre and Studio Wayne McGregor.

I have worked with arts organisations to enable creative visions for over 20 years.  Before coaching and facilitating, I managed international tours, produced new work for independent artists, and was responsible for overseeing organisations' finances, fundraising and HR. Previous roles included Executive Director at South East Dance and Associate Director at Culture Shift.  I have recently studied Ecopsychology with the Centre for Ecotherapy, and am currently a Trustee (formerly Chair) of the community garden charity Plot 22. I was previously a Mentor for The Girls' Network, and Chair of Governors at Goldstone Primary School.
