About me
I qualified as a coach in 2014 with Relational Dynamics 1st, and am now part of the RD1st team as a supervisor and coach. I'm also a coach and facilitator with Support Squad. I trained in Solution Focused Practice with BRIEF and in organisation and relationships systems coaching with CRR UK. I'm inspired by coaching’s capacity to enable clarity of thought and create positive future plans. When coaching and facilitating, I create a safer space for people to explore how they can fulfil their personal, professional and creative potential. I coach individuals as well as coaching for creative organisations including the National Theatre, Sound and Music, Fuel, and Studio Wayne McGregor; and for charities including the Young Women's Trust.
I have worked with arts organisations to enable creative visions for over 25 years. Before coaching and facilitating, I managed international tours, produced new work for independent artists, and was responsible for overseeing organisations' finances, fundraising and HR. Previous roles included Executive Director at South East Dance and Associate Director at Culture Shift.
I am passionate about living and working in tune with nature, and aim to be a climate-conscious coach, which involves recognising the earth as a stakeholder in our conversations. I have studied Ecopsychology with the Centre for Ecotherapy and my previous voluntary roles include Chair of Trustees at the community garden charity Plot 22, and Chair of Governors at Goldstone Primary School. I recently fulfilled a long-held ambition to complete an Art Foundation Diploma.
